Are You a Person with a Disability?

This morning, I went out to walk my dog.
That’s when I saw an elderly couple park in the disability parking spot in front of our apartment building and get out of the car.

I asked them,
“Are you a person with a disability?”

They replied,
“We’re just dropping off some stuff and will be gone soon.”

However, in Korea, even if it’s just for a short time, parking in a disability parking space without proper authorization can result in a fine of 100,000 KRW in most municipalities. (Note: the exact amount may vary depending on local regulations.)

People who don’t even follow basic rules like this, just for their own convenience.
Selfish behavior like this makes the world more chaotic.

We need a society where it’s normal to follow rules that everyone should respect.
I truly dislike these selfish people.
